The launcher configuration file is missing. Reinstall the complete client package as instructed by the message.
I get a "StartExec() ..." message when I click Start. What does it mean?
The launcher could not start the configured executable. The text after StartExec() contains the specific error; send the complete message to support.
The game closes on startup without displaying an error. Why?
One possible cause is a failed verification of the executable or the plugin, anti-hack or shader components. Use the original client files and keep the original executable name. These checks depend on the client configuration.
I get "has exceeded the limit of allowed instances". What should I do?
You have reached the number of game windows allowed by the client. Close one of the existing windows before opening another.
Why am I disconnected when I try to connect another account from the same computer?
The server may limit connections by the computer hardware identifier (HWID). If the configured limit has been reached, the additional connection is closed.
Why does the server reject my client version?
The server checks the client version and identifier. If they do not match, login is rejected. Use the client distributed for this server.
Why does it say my account is already connected?
The server already has an active session registered for your account and rejects simultaneous logins. Close the existing session and try again.
Why does automatic reconnection fail?
The client retries if the server reports that the account is already connected. For other failed login responses, the client stops reconnecting and displays the connection lost message.
I get "OpenGL Create Context Error" or "OpenGL Set Pixel Format Error". What should I do?
The client cannot initialize the OpenGL display and stops starting up. Send the exact error message to support so the problem can be identified.
